Most marketing organizations do not have a strategy problem. They have an infrastructure problem: fragmented platforms, ungoverned data, manual handoffs, and measurement nobody in Finance quite believes. The strategy arrives on a slide and then dies in the systems underneath it.
Built, not bought. That gap is the work I do. Over five years at Kyndryl I built the global digital marketing function from a zero-traffic IBM spin-off into an 11.9 million visit per year engine, then rebuilt the martech, data, and AI foundation underneath it: Adobe B2B CDP, a governed data layer across Marketo, SugarCRM, Demandbase, and Azure Data Lake, automated lead routing, and production AI agents in daily use. Before Kyndryl, I led worldwide marketing for IBM Cloud's $1 billion-plus public cloud portfolio.
I am comfortable in the details with engineers, architects, and analysts, and I can explain the same decision to a CFO without changing the numbers.
I'm in market for what's next.
